Cancellation before shipment
Order once placed can only be cancelled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com. In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.

We refund only cancelled orders.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same book, send us an email at email@example.com
